Introducing brokers

Introducing broker programme

You introduce a client, the client opens an account with Artemisia Markets (Pty) Ltd, and you are paid a share of the profit, much as a shareholder in the firm would be.

The terms

How you are paid
A share of the profit on the clients you introduce, on the same footing as a shareholder in the firm. The share and the cycle are agreed with you.
What the rate is
Agreed with you and set out in the introducing broker agreement.
When you are paid
On the cycle stated in your agreement, against a statement you can reconcile line by line.
What you can see
A partner area showing the accounts you introduced and what you have earned.
What we need from you
Identification and, if you are a company, your registry documents. You are being paid by a licensed firm, and a licensed firm has to know who it is paying.
What you must not do
Give advice, manage a client’s account, quote a return, promise a result, or hold a client’s money. An introducer introduces. Doing more than that puts your own licence position at risk and ends the agreement.

Rates

No rate card is published here. Rates are agreed per partner and written into the agreement. A figure on this page would be a representation the firm has not made.
