Your brand in front of the client, a licensed firm behind it.

How it works

What you provide: The brand, the client relationship and your own marketing.
What the licensed firm provides: The regulated activity, the client agreement, the platform, execution through the product supplier, and the client money arrangements.
Who the client contracts with: Artemisia Markets (Pty) Ltd. The client is told this in the client agreement. A white label arrangement changes the name on the screen, not who is responsible.
What you are responsible for: Everything you say to a client in your own market, and your own regulatory position in that market. If your regulator requires you to hold a permission for what you are doing, you hold it. If you would rather not, ask us about umbrella licensing and we will look at covering you instead.
What it costs: Agreed per arrangement. Setup and running costs depend on what you want branded and how much of the operation you take on.
